Cityzoop facilitates interactions between independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”) and end users (“Customers”) by providing a digital space where Users can access information about products or services offered by Vendors. Each Vendor may be provided with a customized webpage(s) hosted under the Cityzoop domain, through which they may display and manage their offerings.
While we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform, and encourage Vendors to provide the information for their respective webpages is accurate and up to date, Roodler Limited does not own, control, endorse, or independently verify the information, goods, or services listed by the Vendors. The content made available through the Platform is provided or approved directly by the Vendors, and Roodler assumes no responsibility or liability for the same. Our role is strictly limited to enabling access to information and facilitating communication between Vendors and Users. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, or arrangement between a User and a Vendor, and we do not guarantee the availability, safety, legality, or quality of any goods or services listed on the Platform.
We implement reasonable verification measures, such as One-Time Passwords (OTPs), during user account creation and when users request services from vendors through the Platform. These checks are intended to maintain the integrity and security of interactions on the Platform. However, despite these measures, unauthorized or non-legitimate requests to vendors may still occur. In such cases, vendors are encouraged to report suspicious or inappropriate activity to Roodler Limited. Upon receipt of such reports, and following internal verification and validation, Roodler reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to temporarily suspending or permanently blocking the user account(s) involved, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that any engagement, transaction, or interaction with a Vendor is done solely at their own discretion and risk.

1) Customers/Users
i) Account Creation -Customer Accounts

If you do not wish to create an account, we also provide the option to proceed as a guest, allowing access to limited features of the website(s). If you are a Vendor opting to obtain a website, be listed on the Cityzoop platform, or both, whether during the trial phase or the live phase, we collect business-related information:

- Service descriptions
- Business address
- Photographs and media
- Pricing details
- Availability/scheduling
- Logos(if applicable)
- Any other information or content you voluntarily provide for the purposes of your website or listing.
iii) Correspondence Information

We maintain official pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,YouTube, and LinkedIn.
